Every time One Hudson Park advertises in the Bergen News, they also list $550,000 (looks like somebody forgot to update their numbers). I would also be careful of the "starting" prices that developers list because they could be using it as a bait and switch. Developers are also just like new car dealers, they will always try to sell you options, increasing the price of the apartment. And I did not know that Aurora's units will be 2,000 square feet. The only thing I knew was that the largest units will be 3,200 square feet. Also, the cheapest apartment I found in The Palsidades after checking the NJMLS system is listed at $385,800.
