Well, I am not 100% certain, but it looks like the Auoroa development is not going to be built. First, all of the construction equipment has been removed from the site. Second, the building's website has been taken offline. Third, a 23,000 square foot lot is for sale in the NJMLS that matches the description of the one where the Aurora was supposed to be built.
So thanks a lot Gerry! You took away peoples' homes through eminent domain just so we can have a large vacant lot. Property values on Adolphus will go down the tube because nobody will want to buy a house next door to a lot that is almost as big as a private airport.
