Web Designers Wanted

Virtual Town Pages, the company that brings you Cliffside Park Online, is seeking web site designers to work with us in creating sites for our local clients.
Background in marketing or advertising is not required, but is definitely a plus. If your idea of an effective commercial web site for a business is one that is artsy and loaded with all sorts of "bells and whistles", regardless of whether they can actually be seen and enjoyed by all surfers to the site (such as WebTV subscribers who can't view Java or Flash), then this job is not for you. If on the other hand you believe that the main goal of a commercial web site should be as a marketing tool that seeks to increase the client's revenues and is consistent with their overall marketing/advertising program, and that it should be properly viewable by a surfer no matter what the platform, browser, or monitor resolution, then we'd like to talk with you.
