You can check on the bell atlantic home page to see if your future home will allow DSL access. Your phone number (first three digits) can tell you whether or not DSL is available. I would put in the number of someone in the building you are moving to (if you have it), the super, maintenance, etc..
The numbers in my building (224-xxxx) are not supported by bell atlantic yet.
