[Quality of Life] Cliffside Park: RIP

In case you have not already heard, ground will soon be broken on Walker Street to construct 9 affordable housing condos that will cost about $130,000 each. They will be completed in the summer and occupied in the fall. This is just what this town needs, more affordable housing. Why can't affordable housing be constructed in more affluent towns? How come they get to hide from the affordable housing and stick the poorer towns with it? Any chance of improving this town has just went down the drain. So that is why I say Rest In Peace Cliffside Park. You were a nice town.
