The Aurora sales office controversy is over. The sales office will remain for 2 years and a public park will be built on the site of the complex in exchange. The existing park will also be renovated.
In other news.... is Cliffside Park directly across the river from midtown Manhattan? Because, according to the Aurora renderings, we are! Aurora buyers are going to be SO DISAPPOINTED when they see their views once the project is completed. This is why I would NEVER buy anyhting before it is completed.
Come on, nobody in Cliffside Park is going to have this great of a view:
