2 BR House or Apartment Rental Needed! 10/01/2000

Hi,
We are a professional young couple with no children and no pets, looking for our new home (rental) in a safe and quiet area. We would like our new home to have 2BR, new appliances, DW, 2 car garage(or driveway), backyard and to be bright (a nice wiew is a plus), to be available by 10/01/2000 and at a reasonable rate. We are interested in both the houses and the apartments that matches most of our above expectations.
