CLIFFSIDE PARK WEBSITE HYPOCRISY!!!!

I had 2 messages I posted on the Police Departmnet website guestbook removed by the Web Master for the Borough of Cliffside Park, telling me that because I mentiond the name of a commercial website in my posts that they were removed because "One of the rules we have as a government site is that we will not knowngly or actively advertise or promote any commercial site". Well, I looked again after he did this and saw that he has TWO LINKS ON THE MUNICIPAL SITE TO SOME COMPUTER BUSINESS IN FORT LEE!!! I think this is unfair favoritism and the Web Master using the official Cliffside Park Web Site to PROMOTE A COMMERCIAL SITE THAT HE DECIDES SHOULD BE PROMOTED. I guess you scratch my back I scratch yours is the rule, but if you make an innocent mistake like I did then your message gets removed because the Web Master has the power to decide what businesses the Borough of Cliffside Park will promote and which it will discourage. I was in no way advertising or promoting anyone. Is this Constitutional? Isn't the removal of my posts a violation of my First Amendment right to freedom of speech? Is the government allowed to promote private businesses that it likes? Sorry this is so long, I am really fuming, I'm thinking of calling the newspapers and maybe even suing. Any lawyers out there want to give their opinion?
