Everyone is invited to special times of spiritual meditation on God's "final word" on sharing human need, closeness to Him when we feel abandoned, and
life's completion, & of compassion and victory in Jesus' last cries from the cross at the Wednesday evening services of Lenten worship every week in March at 7:30 PM at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, located at 238 Columbia Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ. Everyone is also invited to take part in the fellowship preceding the services at the
"Lenten suppers" in Trinity's fellowship hall and
basement at 6:30 PM. The services following will
be led by pastors from sister churches in Bergen
County- Pastor Tom Pranschke of Zion Lutheran in
Westwood; Pastor Jack Wangerin of St. Matthew's
Lutheran in New Milford; Pastor Robert Holsten of
St. Paul's Lutheran in Closter; and Pastor Terry
Herzberg of Our Savior Lutheran in Fair Lawn. If
anyone wants further information regarding these
services and suppers at Trinity, you may contact the church at its address listed above or at its
office phone number, (201) 943- 0088, or Pastor John Schroter at the parsonage phone number or
his cell phone number, (201) 941- 4161 and (201)
