It's intersesting to see you complain about Carmen/ Carole using dual identity to post her openions, but who are you?
Your eagreness to defend Border Blues is little too cozy. If you are reletaded to BB or you are one of their employees, just say so.I would like to hear their side of story too.
If you think the people living on Anderson ave. bought their properties dirt cheap and now they are crying foul, you are dead wrong. Eveyone knew that there is a restuarant next door and so are most of other property owners on Anderson ave. The new establishment is not Rudy's or any any other restaurants or even bars in the neighberhood. Just because BB spent small fortune on referbushing the place, yes I have to admit it is nicer now as a stucture, but that does not give them a free hand to change the character of the neighberhood. If the new place was only a fine restaurant or even a bar, we would not have had this discussion. I suggest that you come close to the BB after 11:00 pm and spent ten fifteen minutes litening to the band playing yes a live band till 3-4 am !? may be you will have a change of heart. Again asuming you are unbias Cilffside Resident.
For the record some residents in the condo did contact the BB owners about some of their concerns but nothing happened. The BB chose to stonewall and not to listen even to some minor complains which they could have adderssed with not much hastle.
Regarding the Calbrise Administration, What they have to offer regarding this issue? BB made lots of changes to the original structure some in my opinion were violation of zoning rules with apparent ease. Again I am still witholding judgement till I hear explanation from official channels. Unfortunatelly that has not happened yet.
