Paladino rides again!

Today, December 20th, Mrs. Venezia took 117 8th graders to Lincoln Center. The Board of Ed supplied school buses to take them to the ferry landing where they took the ferry over to the city, hoping to take the ferry bus from the landing to Lincoln Center.
Unfortunately, the ferry bus took them only as far as 50th street, leaving the kids to walk to 62nd street...that's 12 blocks! Over a half mile! In 10 degree cold!
When asked if the buses could go over to the city to pick the kids up at Lincoln Center at the end of the day, Mr. Paladino said "absolutely not!" The buses were not to go into the city.
The kids had to walk back to 49th street and wait in the cold to catch the bus back to the ferry landing.
Mr. Paladino should be ashamed of himself! He should also begin searching for a new line of work! He forgets those are TAXPAYER'S children he left out in the cold.
