Call up the NJ Board of Public Utilities in Newark and file a complaint! I did this once when someone was supposed to hook up my new phone - they told me one date, then the day came and went, and then when I tried to find out when they would be here they said they couldn't say when and it could be weeks. I called the Board of Public Utilities and wouldn't you know it, a worker came out to my house the next day and hooked up my phone!
