That is a great idea. I'm glad to hear you got results so quickly. I just gave up on the other line idea, but I am interested in DSL. So far I am running into the same problem...I have to deal with Verizon for the install no matter what provider I choose. I think I may just be opening another can of worms. How can Verizon be installing DSL when they can't even get the basic phone installation right?
