I to was devastated to hear of the untimely passing of Frank. He was a man who would go the extra nine yards to help you. I can remember many times when a parent would come in to sign up their kids for summer rec and they pasted the cut off day,Frank would never turn that mother away,that child got into the program. Frank, would always say yes. Frank you are and always will be in my heart & prayers, I thank God for having put you in my path on this earth. Go now dear friend and rest in Peace. You will always be with me.
