Let me tell you something, I remember seeing him at I think it was the Far & Away in the early '80s. He sang "Agita", and it brought a tear to my eye. You could FEEL it when he sang, it was like he really HAD agita as he sang that song. The broken eye thing, I think that was due to his weakness for Manhattans from what I heard.
