oh the memories...
back in 1945 my brothers
and i use to ride our bikes
on oxen hill from anderson ave
to edgewater on a hot summer day.
the breeze was great. the trees on the
hill kept us cool. that was before it got
populated with high
rises. the whole hill was
thick woods. we would stop and look at the
skyline of NYC. i went back recently to visit
and my heart sunk. i didn't even recognize it.
glad i don't live there any more.but i still
love cliffside
