I'm not sure how you can say it should be condemned simply by looking at a building from the outside. Both the State and County education offices have inspected the building and approved for its use by Cliffside. As far as parking...Epiphany has a larger parking area than ANY of the public schools and with only the Pre-Ks at Epiphany (Cliffside Park Early Learning Center) bringing students to school will not be the problem the Henny Pennys are predicting.
