i had a friend pulled over and when the cop came over to her car and asked for insurance,registration , license. all she did was ask why he pulled her over, he tells her i was not going to give you a ticket only check for warrants and other stuff on his computer but for being a smart a** and questioning him i am, and he did. she went through an yellow light and the only reason she did it was the car behind her was so close thats she was afraid he would rear end her if she stopped. she is going to court to fight it. so i guess asking why is out of the question. so should just keep our mouth shut and take the ticket. it is so unfair, some cops take advantage of their position.
