How could you say that anyone associated with this school system is doing a great job. Have you seen the test scores and the rankings of this school system? They are an embaressment to the entire community. From the outside it looks like the members of this board ARE more interested in political patronage than they are in improving our children's education.
I have a young son who is a few years from entering the system. I talk to many other parents who are in the same situation; Parents who are new to town and who have either college degrees or graduate degrees. Those parents do not want to put their kids in the local schools because of the pathetic scores of this school system.
Something needs to be done, and NOW.
