[Schools/Education] The Future of Our Children

Why are people not more involved how the school district is run? Education is so important in a person's life. We as parents have a responsibility in seeing that our children get the best education. CP Why are some of the best people, particularly at the high school, leaving in droves? My kids developed relationships with these people and are devastated that they left. Could the administration do nothing to get these people to stay?
