Cliffside Park already has somewhat of a "gated community". The houses and streets closest to the river are incredible. While they don't have their own private pool, tennis courts, etc., ppl. that live on that side of time enjoy a beautiful view, nice homes, peace and quiet. I bet they even send their kids to private schools. Those people can't worry about the rest of the town. They are happy there. Cliffside Park will never have a "formal" gated community, because then the time would not qualify for all the federal funding we receive because of our immigrant and migrant population.
Am I right?
