Previous generations did not insist that their native language was printed on Government documents. They became Traditional Americans and blended in. When I did my civics test in Newark
to become a citizen there was a huge double standard ie the Spanish speaking folk were given a pass and were asked different questions in their own language than the rest of us.
Furthermore if we do not deal with ILLEGAL immigration we will end up like FRANCE or the BALKANS
