Looking for Pet Sitter

I have two small puppies and live in Cliffside Park. I am looking for someone who can come over every day (Monday to Friday), around 12 or 1pm, between 1/2 to 1 hour, to let my dogs out in the yard. Somewhat similar to baby sitting except with puppies.
If you know someone who provides this type of service or you are interested in doing this, please contact me by email. I am looking to pay for this service. Someone who is familiar with dogs or has a pet would be preferred.
I will need some references.
