[Gen. Discussion] LOVE my new duplex

Just to let you all know, that since I purchased my new duplex, its been great! Everything is new, tons of room, everyone was able to fit around the huge table in the huge diningroom it has as we sat down for CHRISTMAS dinner. The whole family all together (in one room)! Imagine that- LOL
Its the BEST thing we ever did, our only regret is we should have bought one sooner..They are great so don't give me this crap about a BIG backyard, I would rather have my whole family gathered around my table (and fit), then to sit in a huge backyard that needs raking, weeding, etc. the size yard we have is perfect for us as we aren't getting any younger, and who needs all that outside work! I like my space inside where I have room for everything and everyone.
I read alot of negative stuff about them, its just not true, don't knock them til you've actually owned one. Worth every $$ I spent.
Glad I didn't listen to all the bull on this site about those wonderful BIG duplexes, you shouldn't either, it NOT TRUE. I say if your shopping around for a new house, diffinately look into one of them, you won't be sorry! Glad we did, and lovin' every minute of our new home.
