[Quality of Life] Lovin It and Opinions

Opinions are fine, but you should take them as only opinions. When you make an argument for something it is not true because you hold an opinion, it is true because you prove it. You present facts or premises and then offer a conclusion. This is what seperates an opinion from an argument or fact.
You may think duplex construction is ok because you have that opinion and that makes you feel right or good about your choice, but you haven't proved or provided any valid argument for your statement.
