I like the idea of a pedestrian zone.are you suggesting keeping the stores in the developement zone and extending the sidewalks and lamp post all the way to Lawton ave. I think that will be a good idea if the owners of the property help with financing it would not cost a lot for the town and the property tax would not go up too drastically. only hold back is the town wants the revenue a 22 story building would reap for the town.does anyone know when the town council meets. maybe we can all go to the meeting and ask the city council if that would be a better alternative. they can still build their DPW in fairview.see you all at the next town hall meeting in February. how many will be there,?????
