[Gen. Discussion] new homeowner and over 30% rent increase

Hello.
My family have lived in Cliffside Park over 6 and half years because our family continues to enjoy our wonderful community environment and more important, the excellent school system for our children. Then my new homeowner, who will buy the current single-detached house this month, told me that we will raise more than 30 percent rent increase, as compared to my last month's lease payment. Please advise me how to deal with this matter. Thank you for your help and advices in advance.
